CalcSolver grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the Service. You may not use the Service to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content.
3. Prohibited Activities
You agree that you will NOT: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service; (b) use any automated means, scraping tools, bots, or crawlers to access the Service; (c) introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or its infrastructure; (e) use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on CalcSolver — including but not limited to the design, layout, graphics, logo, text, code, and calculation logic — is the intellectual property of CalcSolver and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this Service without our prior written consent. Printing or downloading content for personal, non-commercial use is permitted.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CalcSolver and its owners, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if CalcSolver has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $0, as the Service is provided free of charge.
6. Privacy
CalcSolver does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data entered into the calculator. All computation happens locally in your browser. We may use anonymized, aggregate analytics data (e.g., page view counts) to improve the Service. By using CalcSolver, you acknowledge and consent to these practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CalcSolver and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CalcSolver is operated, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction.
